A: As I recall, you need to stipulate removal of the unwanted appliance, and pay for the service, about 30 bucks. If you did that, then they just spaced out.

Q: I had a new fridge delivered and paid for the haul away service which was fine but they left all the packing materials from the new fridge in my garage where they unboxed and removed packaging! Should this have been removed also? Emailed BB but crickets!

A: Yes, all packing trash has always been removed. I’ve had at least 4 items delivered and hauled away from BestBuy and each time every bit of cardboard and styrofoam and plastic wrap was taken away with them

Q: I live on the 2nd floor of a private house. I have a large projection TV. I am going to buy a new 60" Smart TV to replace it. Will haul away service take that TV down the stairs and haul it away or do I need to call a junk removal service instead?

A: No, they will remove old appliance and then install the new one.

A: We didn't disconnect anything. They did it.
