As I recall, you need to stipulate removal of the unwanted appliance, and pay for the service, about 30 bucks. If you did that, then they just spaced out.

No the old appliance were not to be taken away in the same truck because that original delivery came late in the day, which was another nightmare, and I needed to keep items cold in the old refrigerator until the new refrigerator was installed and running. Just go to Best Buy and set up for the Haul Away in the store. Was your Haul Away set up the same day and time as your new appliance delivery?
