“I had a new fridge delivered and paid for the haul away service which was fine but they left all the packing materials from the new fridge in my garage where they unboxed and removed packaging! Should this have been removed also? Emailed BB but crickets!”

Yes, all packing trash has always been removed. I’ve had at least 4 items delivered and hauled away from BestBuy and each time every bit of cardboard and styrofoam and plastic wrap was taken away with them
