We ordered a compact refrigerator to replace a very old unit. This purchase included delivery as well as removal of the old fridge. Everything went very well and we are happy with the new unit (see picture). Job well done

I wanted a Whirlpool 3 drawer dishwaher but it was not available so I looked for a comparable model and found the LG. I am very happy with the look and make. I am still learning how to use it so it does not leave water marks. I will try using a rinse product with my Cascade pac.

Installers were professional and courteous. Teju showed up on time, made sure the install was perfect and cleaned up area.

Great picture. Easy to set up. Need two people to lift tv to a stand.

Damaged the refrigerator and my property. Called customer service several times but they just left me on hold for a long period of time and eventually hung up the phone.

Had the worst experience ever with the delivery and installation. Wasted days and the installer bent my dryer vent.

The installers also hauled away our old dishwasher. They were very pleasant, professional and efficient. They called me twice to keep me informed of when they were arriving and were right on time. I really appreciated that.

The men that came and installed and hauled away the old refrigerator were quick, clean, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Made sure to not leave anything behind, they even took all the trash with them.

They put the new washer in the laundry room, and took away the old one with no issues. What else can be said? Even up and down a flight of stairs. A team of 3 staff members were on hand to do the job, and they arrived earlier than I had been told was likely, but still within the time frame provided. I'm certainly not in a position to throw away the old unit myself, and they recycle it, so it's worth it.
