    This was the biggest debacle ever Took three trips to have my dryer door reversed The second person sent out to reverse it actually broke the door of my brand new dryer I was happy you sent me a new dryer but there was a total lack of communication for three weeks about this issue I would hesitate to buy another major appliance from your company I am still quite shocked there was not a follow up call to me to make sure I was satisfied and to apologize

    although making 2 seperate appointments, which required long hold times on the phone, I never got my dryer door reversal.

    After 45 min on the phone, I got a tech scheduled to come out to reverse the hinge on my dryer door. He arrives, and has no clue why he is sch'd to be at my home, then says he doesn't even know how to reverse the door. But after talking with his co-worker, they decide to do it anyway. After all is said and done, a day later I notice a small bull's-eye crack in the center of my door! Then I spent another 2.5 HOURS on the phone getting that sorted out.

    The hinge reversal was originally requested with the assumption that it could be done on both the dryer AND washer. After many phone calls with many different agents and issues with the entire delivery process, it was determined that the washer door cannot be reversed, so we asked that the dryer door also not be reversed. However, Best Buy never removed it from the order. Luckily, it was just a simple "no, don't reverse it" conversation with the installers.

    3rd party company damaged doors/walls during install. It took multiple trips, and last min reschedules (for which I left, or missed work) to finally complete delivery. Months later, I have yet to hear back from their claims department. Terrible svc, no follow-up and it’s almost impossible to get through to anyone who can help. I’ll never shop w/them again, this has been a complete nightmare.

    Contrary to salesperson suggestion....."if not needed would be refunded". Have gone personally to appliance dept. that day of delivery and promised refund for door reversal not needed. "Would occur the next day as billing from delivery service not received yet." No refund to credit card has ever occurred and multiple agents spoken to on phone and in person without success.

    Service was not completed. The delivery guy said they only deliver, they don't do door reversals and to schedule an appointment with Geek Squad. I scheduled it for today and no one showed up. I called to see what happened and the tech said I had to go to the store and talk to a senior manager, that he couldn't help me. This is very frustrating.

    This service was not completed - although paid for, although expected - it was not completed! Furthermore, I have been getting a run around for over 24 hours from Best Buy. Again, just so disappointed in Best Buy customer service and installation department they never get it 100% accurate, and then they don’t seem to care much but you waste a colossal amount of time trying to rectify the situation!!!

    Was not delivered with dryer door reversal that I paid for.So they decided to switch the dryer & washer.What a poor choice. So had to come back and do the dryer door reversal that I paid for.Why did they not do that in the first place????

    This was not done. According to the delivery technicians, it was not their responsibility. I called Best Buy to file complaint. Took over an hour to receive a call back and then was on the line for over an hour trying to get resolved. To this date, Aug 7, 2020, I have never received a called back or email to discuss a resolution. My days of suggesting and/or purchasing from Best Buy are over.

    So very disappointed! Dryer door was hanging on by one henge, because of this the dryer was not installed and we had to go to the laundry mat for 2 more weeks until Geek Squad could come out and look at it. Luckily the part was still at the warehouse and was able to be fixed. Just had to wait 2 week. Grrr!

    They never did the reversal. Said it was not part of the order. When it was in the order on my email. The delivery guys were very rude and disrespectful. Poor service, again was never done

    Team arrived and said they had no clue how to reverse the door. Said I had to get the Geek Squad... they were 3rd party. Best Buy Rep had PROMISED me the Geek Squad was coming in my previous call. This was the 3rd team who could NOT do this! (and 1 team was a no show)

    One star as we can't give zero. The guys that came out to reverse the door had no clue how to do it, and damaged the dryer to the point where Best Buy has had to replace it. Rude and a poor attitude combined with incompetence is a bad combination.

    I signed up and called to get this scheduled >4 times with the Cheasapeake BEST BUY and was stood up every time with no callback at any point.....it wouldn't be so frustrating if I didn't already pay for the extra service when I bought the dryer. I swapped the door myself.
