Go with what you need. Reversal is a simple way to make your work with the placement of the appliance your using. I have had to do this twice. First time when I purchased a high end LG. Took an experienced yech skilled worker Second time I bought a standard MayTag dryer and the workmen finished it in ten minutes. TIP: Each time the man doing the job suggested just moving the dryer. Do not move the appliances. Have them where all of the setup works best for you.

I didn’t have the door reversed because I had such difficulty having my washer and dryer installed. The installers were not familiar with Miele and I had no confidence in their abilities. It was difficult enough to have them install the machine I didn’t trust them to do the door reversal. I was assured that the installers were familiar with Miele but they were not.

The dryer was delivered with the door open the wrong way and they guys reversed it for me so it opens the opposite way…… no scratches in doing the switch.
