Came on time and were very pleasant. Was able to fix the problems. The people who work on the Geek Squad are one of the reasons I always make sure my Best Buy are covered.

Everything is fine with Best Buy and me. I don't overload my credit card but if I go to Best Buy I always go to the same one because they make me feel special. Thank You.

Geek squad installed a new printer at same time as new desktop. I appreciate that he took the time to show me where the replacement toner & paper goes & that he tested a few copies to be sure it was ready to use after he left.

The agents installed all our computers/printers/hardware with an excellent attention to detail while observing the best in health protocols within Covid-19 pandemic guidelines.

In-home set up. Was handled by Cody and he did a wonderful job setting things up correctly and having it printed the correct printer he should be a very valued employee and I give him a pat on the back thank you CodY.

I reviewed this about 2 weeks ago and assume you want a 2nd review. He did a good job of cleaning my MAC, added security and casting to TV. Also, added casting to my wife's phone.

I am very pleased with the set up of my desktop / all in one computer. The Geek squad person dispatched to my home was extremely professional, courteous, helpful and patient with my questions and concerns.

The technician was on time, courteous and very helpful. Was very difficult to get him scheduled. Best Buy phone service is completely inadequate. Out of frustration and multiple hang ups and hours on hold I went to a Best Buy store and they scheduled a home visit on the spot. Best Buy needs to wake up and provide decent phone service. There's NO EXCUSE for the service they currently provide.

I needed assistance and thought that I would try the Geek Squad . I would recommend the Geek Squad! Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and they make sure that everything is set up and working.

When the Geek Squad installed our new computers and system, he recommended a new router called a mesh network. Now we get the download speed we are actually paying to receive. It works great!!

He took apart the old computer, disconnected all the wires, took the new out of the box, hooked everything back up with great skill. Amazing. Well worth the money.

It was nice to sit back and watch some do in 10 minutes that it used to take me an hour to do. The tech also answered all of my questions and taught me as well as installing my devices.
