I had a challenging home network set-up. We recently moved and I needed to connect my wife's work computer, phone, and printer wirelessly to our Xfinity network since she was granted the luxury of keeping her job and working remotely from our new home. I thought it would be easy until I tried to make it all work and quickly discovered that I was in way over my head. That's when I called the Geek Squad. Agents Leo and Jackson saved the day and were able to connect all of my wife's equipment wirelessly in a few short hours. That was over 3 weeks ago and it has been working seamlessly ever since. Their service was more than worth the money for the time and anxiety it saved us both.

The tech was very nice and explained what he was doing to me very clearly. Only thing is that I wish I had a printed owner's manual. I get things in my mind more clearly with pictures and printed words. But he did a wonderful job. Only I was not listening very well about the power button. Used to clear large button that was orange while off and blue while on (like my monitor has). So I had to call him later that afternoon to ask the stupid question of how to turn my computer on. Very patient and understanding young man.

I had my entire Apple system wiped clean (phone/pad/computer) and security cameras installed. When I bought the service and cameras, I told both the lady on the Geek Squad and the Sales Person in the Security Camera section exactly what I was doing, why, and what I wanted. Not only did they not schedule enough time for the Geek Squad to complete the services, but they sold be the wrong equipment. After 3 trips, now with a supervisor, and ending up taking down what I originally bought and getting a new system, I am fully pleased. Geek Squad you rock!
