    I had geek squad set up my new computer at work with my copier/scanner/printer. They did not set up the scanner. It took almost a month for them to make the appointment in the first place. Trying to call and get them to come back and I've been on hold for over 20 minutes! I expect more for $350. I didn't realize it was not set up correctly until after I had stood there and manually scanned 279 pages and it didn't work. Trying to get them to come back out to complete the job is taking forever. Paid on November 18th and it is now January 2nd without the job being completed. Just frustrating.

    Two Trips and Printer still not working correctly

    I had to have the remote online Geek Squad repair problems with my new computer set-up. They did and excellent job of getting my computer functionally working again. What they could fix remotely to fix with the Geek Squad Tech that came to my home did not fix was good. However, neither one were able to get my new printer to work properly.

    Poor communication is costing me

    The agents are great but they are not getting the proper info from call center to get the job done. Ive had 2 separate appointments 2 different problems, have to take the whole day off work because of the 8 hour window. Both times they didnt have the proper info or parts to do the job. I now have 2 more appointments and have to take 2 more days off work. As of now im not real impressed or happy with the total tech support.

    One Computer prints to printer que but printer does not print out on paper Scan on other printer works but have to go through a few steps on computer instead of using printer buttons

    Can't say much for this "installation". Essentially the Rep plug the machine in and left. Told is was hooked up to both computers which it wasn't and provided no operating instructions. Kind of a waste!

    Geek squad was very frustrating to connect with. We purchased a hew computer and paid extra for the geek squad service and after waiting on the phone for 45 min and attempting to chat with a live person unsuccessfully I cancelled our service agreement. Useless ! Extremely disappointed that we were unable to even ask a simple question to a live person.

    InHome Service or should I say lack thereof

    Failed to fix any of the problems ... Fortunately my money was refunded. To me windows 10 was corrupted ... it was not. Did not properly install a wifi card. card was not seated. I finally resolved printer connecting problem and my PC not connecting to the net as a failed Zytel net work switch.
