I had to have the remote online Geek Squad repair problems with my new computer set-up. They did and excellent job of getting my computer functionally working again. What they could fix remotely to fix with the Geek Squad Tech that came to my home did not fix was good. However, neither one were able to get my new printer to work properly.

Geek Squad was not able to troubleshoot current printer and recommended a replacement.

I had geek squad set up my new computer at work with my copier/scanner/printer. They did not set up the scanner. It took almost a month for them to make the appointment in the first place. Trying to call and get them to come back and I've been on hold for over 20 minutes! I expect more for $350. I didn't realize it was not set up correctly until after I had stood there and manually scanned 279 pages and it didn't work. Trying to get them to come back out to complete the job is taking forever. Paid on November 18th and it is now January 2nd without the job being completed. Just frustrating.

Terrible. Did not do the work they were supposed to. Didn’t even check it out before they sent me home with it. Now I have to come back.

Had trouble getting it scheduled, and when the person finally came he gave me attitude.

One Computer prints to printer que but printer does not print out on paper Scan on other printer works but have to go through a few steps on computer instead of using printer buttons

The agents are great but they are not getting the proper info from call center to get the job done. Ive had 2 separate appointments 2 different problems, have to take the whole day off work because of the 8 hour window. Both times they didnt have the proper info or parts to do the job. I now have 2 more appointments and have to take 2 more days off work. As of now im not real impressed or happy with the total tech support.

Great work overall, still cause if pandemic a bit slow its understandable

Can't say much for this "installation". Essentially the Rep plug the machine in and left. Told is was hooked up to both computers which it wasn't and provided no operating instructions. Kind of a waste!

My printer has only worked one time when it was installed by your team. It won’t print for me. Very dissatisfied.
