The job has never been finished. The geek squad said they could not do a simple sinc and put the Microsoft 365 on all my devices. I paid for. I will have to go to upper management because I can never get anyone to answer phone. I am very upset. I live in Buda and am tired of driving to your 290 location.

No test page was printed. Printer still not working.

Plugged in tv and left. Was unable to get channels

The agent installed my new HP Envy Printer 6065 E. connected unit to my HP Envy computer, checked all Systems out and went over all issues pertaining to Setup and operation procedures. Excellent Geek Squad agent.

I was having numerous problems with my Dell Inspiron after running Support Assist. Computer started intermittently freezing up and shutting down and other issues. after contacting Dell. a Dell tech remotely deleted everything on the computer and installed a new operating system. Some of the same problems continued and I was now unable to print on my HP4600 printer. I contacted the Geek Squad and had in-home service to my computer. The Geek Squad Tech resolved all the problems in about 1 1/2 hours. The computer is now performing perfectly. I am 100% satisfied.

Geek Squad service tech, Brett, did an excellent job setting up my new printer after setting up my new iMac. Great job connecting it to my computer and my wireless connection. Very professional and patient with my many questions.

Agent installed printer, and suggested I take my computer back into the store for further repair....also sold me on buying a mesh system for the house, which ended up working nicely....but the computer itself still seems to have problems. Now talking with my internet service provider as the Geeks seem to think that may be what is causing the computer issues.

agent made a house call and fixed hookup between computer and printer in less time of 1 1/2 hrs time from computer on chat . Mike was great it took less then 20 minutes to check all systems involving in router that has been installed by Cable company week before.
