    Geek squad was very frustrating to connect with. We purchased a hew computer and paid extra for the geek squad service and after waiting on the phone for 45 min and attempting to chat with a live person unsuccessfully I cancelled our service agreement. Useless ! Extremely disappointed that we were unable to even ask a simple question to a live person.

    The sinc to my printer has never been finished.

    The job has never been finished. The geek squad said they could not do a simple sinc and put the Microsoft 365 on all my devices. I paid for. I will have to go to upper management because I can never get anyone to answer phone. I am very upset. I live in Buda and am tired of driving to your 290 location.

    InHome Service or should I say lack thereof

    Failed to fix any of the problems ... Fortunately my money was refunded. To me windows 10 was corrupted ... it was not. Did not properly install a wifi card. card was not seated. I finally resolved printer connecting problem and my PC not connecting to the net as a failed Zytel net work switch.

    Computer and Printer Set Up

    Geek Squad came out to my home to help me set up new computer system. The customer service was Excellent!!! There was an issue with a faulty printer and service tech was wonderful to work with!! Also made sure I knew how to use all the features after he set them up for me. This service was well worth it!!!

    The agent installed my new HP Envy Printer 6065 E. connected unit to my HP Envy computer, checked all Systems out and went over all issues pertaining to Setup and operation procedures. Excellent Geek Squad agent.

    Top Quality In-Home Computer Service

    I was having numerous problems with my Dell Inspiron after running Support Assist. Computer started intermittently freezing up and shutting down and other issues. after contacting Dell. a Dell tech remotely deleted everything on the computer and installed a new operating system. Some of the same problems continued and I was now unable to print on my HP4600 printer. I contacted the Geek Squad and had in-home service to my computer. The Geek Squad Tech resolved all the problems in about 1 1/2 hours. The computer is now performing perfectly. I am 100% satisfied.

    Installed my printer, and ran a diagnosis quickly

    Agent installed printer, and suggested I take my computer back into the store for further repair....also sold me on buying a mesh system for the house, which ended up working nicely....but the computer itself still seems to have problems. Now talking with my internet service provider as the Geeks seem to think that may be what is causing the computer issues.
