THE AGENT WAS SUPER QUICK IDENTIFYING THE ISSUE AND FIXING IT. IT TOOK JUST 10 MINUTES FOR HIM TO FIX.

When I finally was able to get a Tech to help set-up the printer, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing when I tried to set-up this visit. Your call center personnel have NO clue what they are doing. One of your reps. advised the GEEK Squad only makes house calls for appliances. I finally had to make an appointment with the Eagan Store. If you do not do something about this, you will end up like Circuit City.

Great service - the Geek Squad guys were on time - mounted my new 77” Samsung perfectly - helped me find an additional Sonos portable speaker and checked out all of my TV’s in the house including adding a few apps

My agent Matthew went above and beyond to help me. The agent I had before didn't fix the problem forgot to hook up TV, printer. So I had to wait another 2 weeks to have Matthew come back and fix the problem. Thank god you sent Matthew out, because I was losing faith in Best Buy geek squad and the sales people that are selling me your products in the store. Matthew was awesome, I hope he stays around in case I need the geek squad in the future. Thank You Cindy

The Geek was on time and installed the printer hookup and had it operating within minutes. It worked fine and I am very pleased !!!
