When I finally was able to get a Tech to help set-up the printer, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing when I tried to set-up this visit. Your call center personnel have NO clue what they are doing. One of your reps. advised the GEEK Squad only makes house calls for appliances. I finally had to make an appointment with the Eagan Store. If you do not do something about this, you will end up like Circuit City.

Wonderful agent setup a new computer and monitor. There was a problem with monitor and I couldn't have done it myself . She fixed this and installed virus protection and a new printer. It now all works perfectly! So happy with her service!

So I had to wait another 2 weeks to have Matthew come back and fix the problem.
