Travis, the Geek Squad fellow who came to our home, did a great job getting our new computer to communicate with our printer. He was very persistent in getting it all figured out.

Ace was my Geek squad set up person, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He took time to exp[ain everything and got everything going in a short period of time.

Agents worked on computer, made sue it was working as desired. Agents provided time were the new software could be run to make sure we understood how to best use it.
