The Geek Squad member installed a new computer, keyboard and mouse, installed software and hooked up to existing monitor and printer. He also deleted viruses from the old computer and transferred data from the old to the new one. He was extremely efficient and arrived on time.

The installer, Josh, was professional and patient. He not only installed the computer, but took the time to explain things and set up the new unit so that the 75 year old users had no trouble adapting from Windows 7 to Windows ten. We were impressed and felt satisfied by the Geek Squad service.
