Did his best to get the printer connected but it prits but does not scann. Unfortunately will have to get a new one. Had a old printer that worked but he would have had to start over connecting the computers. Said thats for another day

After getting a new modem, I could not get the printer to communicate with the printer, nor could my ISP. Geek Squad to the rescue. The agent was prompt, courteous and helpful. He reinstalled my printer on the computer and connected it to both desktop and laptop computers. Excellent service! Thank you

My geek squad man was very helpful in connecting my printer up to my Laptop. It was wonderful to see someone with so much knowledge in computers. I was truly impressed and he was extremely nice.

Geek Squad trouble shooting by Jonathan in Portland was excellent. He communicated effectively of his arrival time. He was knowledgeable and easy to understand the issues I was facing.

When I called the Geek Squad to set up my appt. on 6/9/23? Ms. Rosie did an excellent job! Then when Kristofer arrived on 6/10/23? He too did an excellent job! Thank you for your great customer service you all provide Geek SQUAD Team!! :)

The agent showed us how to evaluate the status of each print cartridge. He also showed us how to remove the cartridge which was low on ink. He also checked with area stores to advise where we could purchase the needed new cartridges for the printer.

All I can say is thank God for the Geek Squad. Agent Matthew Pego explained and also showed me how to make a change on paper sizes with my printer. He was a very patient and very smart young man and is a big asset to Best Buy Geek Squad members.

Jeff Thatcher was the very best person to help us out. We are in our 80's now and our ability to grasp things is slower now. Jeff understands that and has a real knack of how to work swiftly and productively with older folks.

Geoffrey Graybeal , the agent, did an excellent job not only setting up the printer with our new Eero system, but diagnosed another issue we had with our internet speed. Excellent job!

My computer crashed! The agents worked on my computer and recovered my data and precious pictures. Both my husband and daughter have passed away, so the pictures mean the world to me.
