Add-On Printer Troubleshooting

Leandro unpackaged and installed our new Brother All-in-One multifunction MFC-L5915dw laser printer efficiently. He tested all functions which he clearly explained while showing us the multi-function procedures including scanning and replacing toner. To top it off, Leandro rearranged the boxes in his full van to accommodate our broken large old HP color printer (for recycling) even though a miscommunication with the central office did not include our request for recycling the old printer. This was Leandro's second visit to our home and he outperformed yet again! We could not have been happier with Leandro's outstanding effort.

Geek squad were very professionals, knowledgeable and courteous techs. Connecting our new printer to the laptop ( PC ) Tablets and cellphones proved to a bit complicated but they stayed right on it until all the connections were done and working great.

The agents got my laptop connected to the printer & got them up & running! Fantastic job!

Tech was honest and told me I had set it up correctly so I was refunded for the printer set up! He transferred the data perfectly!
