Leandro unpackaged and installed our new Brother All-in-One multifunction MFC-L5915dw laser printer efficiently. He tested all functions which he clearly explained while showing us the multi-function procedures including scanning and replacing toner. To top it off, Leandro rearranged the boxes in his full van to accommodate our broken large old HP color printer (for recycling) even though a miscommunication with the central office did not include our request for recycling the old printer. This was Leandro's second visit to our home and he outperformed yet again! We could not have been happier with Leandro's outstanding effort.

Geek squad were very professionals, knowledgeable and courteous techs. Connecting our new printer to the laptop ( PC ) Tablets and cellphones proved to a bit complicated but they stayed right on it until all the connections were done and working great.

The agent was Jeremy. He was as good as they can be. He resolved my problem with the network connection between my lap top and printer. Also helped remove some unneeded aps and install some I needed. A GREAT EXPERIENCE !

The work your Geek Squad member did on our printer was great and he found the major problem, but kept it working as much as possible while he helped us order a new printer from Best Buy and he installed it! He's great!

The Geek Double Agent Chad was to hook up a new computer. After unboxing the unit and connecting it, it would not boot up. Chad looked up the unit on the internet it was a repaired unit. This was a gift from our Son. Chad hooked up our speakers and fixed the printer so we can now print from the iPad. Agent Shad came in the 1st time and was unable to re-add my printer to my laptop. he told me to take my laptop and have the corruption cleaned up. once I picked it back up he came back out and in 10 minutes he had it re-connected. very professional but friendly. he even answered a few other questions I had.

Existing printer needed to be setup on my new laptop. Setup went smoothly and was tested to ensure all was working properly. Technician even installed the scan utility without my asking!

My rating was knocked down a star because Best Buy did not credit my account when I had emails stating that would happen. They canceled my order and failed. After a call about the issue, a credit on my account appeared immediately within seconds. Thank you to the voice that helped with the problem.
