The Geek Squad Agent who came to my home was able to get all my printer functions back to normal after the online Geek Squad Agents messed up my printer

Nick was very professional, patient with me and answered all my questions, and did a wonderful job clearing up my problems.

The brother printer was not joining the computer well until the Geek Squad rep. worked on my computer and fixed items until the printer joined the computer. He worked hard to fix several problems on my computer.

Came in and fixed the problem right away, did a couple of changes. Everything is working great now. The teck was knowledgeable, polite, and even came before the scheduled appointment time. Gotta Love It!!
