I loved my Geek Squad agent Sean.

Then he worked on my Bose speaker which was something I had mentioned on the spot and hadn't called on. He went over and above what he was supposed to do and it was much appreciated my me. He was SO cordial as well. If all the agents were as friendly as Sean you would have a booming business with Best Buy Technical Support.

I learned some tips and felt respected!

The 2 squad men were very patient, respectful, and immediately determined the problems (2) and made a few changes to the WI-FI. Done! Kind and professional, they made sure they repeated to me what they had done and were then on their way.

Geek Squad took care of an extra device.

The Agent was very professional, respectful and showed good customer service skills.
