    I had multiple issues that were causing wireless communication problems between a new printer and my other devices. The Geek Squad service technician methodically went through every possible scenario and solved a problem that's been plaguing me for months!!

    Can't say enough good things about Total Tech. The printer computer interface was a total mystery to us. One short session with the Total Tech / Geek Squad fixed the issue. So glad we signed up for another year. Thank you guys.
