Geek squad home visits stink

Took phone and laptop and left printer. Chris came to my home to reconnect and connect Webroot and VPN. (June 8, 2025 I paid $148.00). Wasn't connected. He connected my printer to 2 drivers and it didn't work. VPN not connected. Andre came on 6/20/2025 and connected printer but scanner doesn't work and neither did VPN. I requested a specific Tech guy and they sent 2 different guys. I made a third appointment on 7/6/2025. The worst service. Been a total tech person for 6 years. Still have VPN warnings and printer still not working and I paid on June 6, 2025. It's July 4, 2025. My total tech guy is supposed to come Sunday. Pathetic Service.

Printer issues

I was told by the associate that I was going to get a refund but I have not. I went to the store and they told me that the representative in question did not make any report concerning my printer not being fixed and they were going to get back to me through email. It has been a week now and I’m still waiting on the email.

VERY cumbersome and frustrating - and when you connect with a human I found them to be less than expert - to the point where nothing was resolved! A total waste of A LOT of time. Get a tech to my home to resolve this!!
