Repeat visit to fix printing from computer. First geek squad member did not repair and second did not come when expected. No remote access via buzzer so she left. I called just minutes later with no response from geek squad thereafter.

No one show up I waited for them to come and fix the issue but no show They left me a message saying that The technician called sick or whatever I don't know if your technician called sick you don't have another one. Wow

Deni was able to get ALL my devices connected and functional, even an HP printer that was previously installed and re-installed, that would not print color. My HP Officejet Pro 8600 now will scan, which it previous refused to do, despite HP's "help tools". Also my Wyze cameras are reconnected and functional. Great work!

The agent corrected a computer glitch that was preventing my accessing the internet.

It was discovered the problem was actually a broken surge protector and still everything was working but he stikk was good enough to set up my ink renewal again(I cancelled because I thought I needed a new printer). This was greatly appreciated by an 80 y.o. disabled woman who forgot how to fix a lot of problems and has problems with set ups. Too bad corporate is getting rid of this service in the membership program and I'm wondering if renewal is worth it any longer.
