    Huge communication gap in best buy sales and GSqua

    Lots of confusion in the installation. I ordered stuff at thanks giving. Was suppose to get it installed on Dec 6th. That morning my order got cancelled b’coz i denied to pay additional chanrges which i wasn’t supposed to pay. Later my installed was scheduled on Dec 17th but they didn’t have the receiver which was ordered by best buy. It took more than a month and my receiver is still not delivered.

    GeekSquad couldn't install my projector screen

    Tech made me order a screen worth $600 and charged additional $300 to move the mount and then said projector is not compatible with the screen. I wish I was told before the appointment.
