the two technician were very professional and now we have the right door opening from the left side.

Had to make adjustments that should be automatic. The door squeaks when opened.

My kitchen is small and I needed door switched ti left to make it more efficient. Installer asked to confirm that was what I wanted and switched it quickly. With total tech there was no charge for this.

the delivery driveries ,although they tried were very slow in getting it right..blaming the reverse set up was not in the instructions. later on a supervisor came by and fixed it..

even though the web site says the door can not be reversed, IT CAN BE. the installation crew did a great job switching the doors

Will always purchase from Best Buy because of their excellent customer service. Had some issues with an appliance and the Geek Squad went out of their way to get me what I wanted. They’re smart, efficient, and help find creative solutions.

The guys who delivered and reversed the door were great. Shame on best buy. It comes in no box and was dented/

They were on time polite and got the job done quickly. But, did not level the refrigerator and left a lot of handprints on the door.

Refrigerator now opens on the right and is much more useful when the door is open with all of my functional kitchen to the right of the appliance. Also remove the old frige that would not fit in the truck the week before and opened a jar I could not open.

The guys came on time and did a good efficient job of switching the fridge and freezer doors to the other side. I considered trying to do it myself but it would have taken me a half a day. They got it done in a half hour.

The two gentlemen were able to correct the error made by the previous team and the he freezer door is now closing properly.

Installers easily switched the door around.I’m glad I could have this done when it was delivered.

I had three crews come out to do this The first crew didn't put on all the screws. The second one lost a screw so couldn't finish the job. The third crew did an excellent job.

Best Buy reversed the door handle on fridge at no cost! It looks great and works great. Very pleased with this service.

We needed the door to open from the right and the service person did not bring a plug for the door when the hinge was put to the other side. We ordered one and the wrong part was sent! Fail!!
