The men who came to reverse the door on my new Whirlpool refrigerator were polite and competent. However, no one at Best Buy informed me or them that there is a necessary kit for door reversal on this machine. So, neither they nor I had the kit. Result: door still oping the wrong way.

My kitchen is small and I needed door switched ti left to make it more efficient. Installer asked to confirm that was what I wanted and switched it quickly. With total tech there was no charge for this.

Will always purchase from Best Buy because of their excellent customer service. Had some issues with an appliance and the Geek Squad went out of their way to get me what I wanted. They’re smart, efficient, and help find creative solutions.

They were on time polite and got the job done quickly. But, did not level the refrigerator and left a lot of handprints on the door.

Had to make adjustments that should be automatic. The door squeaks when opened.

This was done expertly but should not have cost $70. This should be included in the price of the refrigerator.

Refrigerator now opens on the right and is much more useful when the door is open with all of my functional kitchen to the right of the appliance. Also remove the old frige that would not fit in the truck the week before and opened a jar I could not open.

A great super quiet wine refrigerator to put in any room in your home… wine bottles stay chilled to perfection…. Definitely a great buy for any home or apartment….

The guys came on time and did a good efficient job of switching the fridge and freezer doors to the other side. I considered trying to do it myself but it would have taken me a half a day. They got it done in a half hour.

the two technician were very professional and now we have the right door opening from the left side.

even though the web site says the door can not be reversed, IT CAN BE. the installation crew did a great job switching the doors

We needed the door to open from the right and the service person did not bring a plug for the door when the hinge was put to the other side. We ordered one and the wrong part was sent! Fail!!

The guys who delivered and reversed the door were great. Shame on best buy. It comes in no box and was dented/

I had three crews come out to do this The first crew didn't put on all the screws. The second one lost a screw so couldn't finish the job. The third crew did an excellent job.

we needed the hinges reversed to allow access to the unit.

The work done by the staff sent out to reverse my refrigerator door was very good. They even fixed an issue that was left by the original installers. My lower rating is due to the fact that I don't think an extra $50 charge and extra visit should be charged for such a simple change. I should have been asked about the location of the door when I purchased the refrigerator.

The two gentlemen were able to correct the error made by the previous team and the he freezer door is now closing properly.

Having the hinge on my refrigerator moved from right to left made it openable. A nice feature. :) Incidentally, I'm really liking this refrigerator. Whirlpool. I thought they made only washing machines. Flawless delivery.

Finally, two men came who knew how to complete the door reversal. Works as it should have, and they also installed the refrigerator and the ice maker. Excellent service, unlike the first and second crews.
