Work done well, but charge unfair.

They even fixed an issue that was left by the original installers. My lower rating is due to the fact that I don't think an extra $50 charge and extra visit should be charged for such a simple change. I should have been asked about the location of the door when I purchased the refrigerator.

Finally done right

Works as it should have, and they also installed the refrigerator and the ice maker. Excellent service, unlike the first and second crews.

A nice feature. :) Incidentally, I'm really liking this refrigerator. Whirlpool. I thought they made only washing machines. Flawless delivery.

Great technicians who knew what they were doing!

They knew exactly what to do to replace and reverse the door opening. It took them less than 5 minutes, were polite, and knew exactly what tools were needed. Thank you.

But the geek squad guys hung in there and figured it out. I love my new refrigerator!

Door does not close correctly
