Good work, horrible customer service

The first time the repair person canceled but we were never informed. The second time, the repair person was not informed of the tools he would need to do a simple repair, so he almost left. I don’t blame the contractor, but Best Buy customer service was terrible.

No damage to the refrigerator or the doors. Great job!

It was the 3rd time for the delivery but this delivery team knew what they were doing, did it well and very professionally. The fridge is now installed and running well.
