Installers very professional and did a great job with door reversal

We needed to have the door reversed because of a design flaw with our house. The on-line instructions looked easy, we had the delivery team do the work. After watching them, we would have never got it done on our own. Great job guys!

I am so glad I did this, so much more convenient to have the refrigerator door opening switched. And the team that came were knowledgeable, professional and prepared.

The guys who came did a great job. It's just unfortunate it wasn't delivered the way it was ordered, causing me to have another appointment. But Best Buy really does a good job of trying to fix things quickly.

Love having the door switched to open from right to left.

The work done was good, but scheduling was horrible. The first time the repair person canceled but we were never informed. The second time, the repair person was not informed of the tools he would need to do a simple repair, so he almost left. I don’t blame the contractor, but Best Buy customer service was terrible.

I love the advantage to have a service tech change the "Swing" of our new fridge. So necessary

There have been numerous flubs with this purchase. The latest, on 12/5, was a duo who were going to level my fridge and figure out why the doors, freezer and fridge, didn't close smoothly. They said there was no need to level the fridge, and explained to me (carefully, so I would understand) that, if I give the fridge or freezer door an extra little tap or push when it stops short of closing, it will be ceived a call stating that this was the same team as 12/5, and they didn't want to come. So, as the work was not done, I'm afraid I really can't give you a review.
