No damage to the refrigerator or the doors. Great job!

OK but not great

Customer support did offer to replace or refund a percentage which I choose. But the customer service rep had a strong accent and was very hard to understand (off shore?).

the delivery guys were excellent

It was the 3rd time for the delivery but this delivery team knew what they were doing, did it well and very professionally. The fridge is now installed and running well.

Nice that they were able to reverse the way the door opens to make everything more ergonomic in my kitchen. And they did it for free upon installation. Thanks!

There were no marks anywhere on the fridge when he finished switching from right open to left open.
