Best Buy and geek squad did a great job hooking up my new fridge. Nice that they were able to reverse the way the door opens to make everything more ergonomic in my kitchen. And they did it for free upon installation. Thanks!

There have been numerous flubs with this purchase. The latest, on 12/5, was a duo who were going to level my fridge and figure out why the doors, freezer and fridge, didn't close smoothly. They said there was no need to level the fridge, and explained to me (carefully, so I would understand) that, if I give the fridge or freezer door an extra little tap or push when it stops short of closing, it will be ceived a call stating that this was the same team as 12/5, and they didn't want to come. So, as the work was not done, I'm afraid I really can't give you a review.

The service men were thorough and professional in all their work on my new LG refrigerator.

No nonsense, asked simple questions, took off doors and reinstalled in a timely manner. Got the job done.

The guy who came out to reverse the doors on the refrigerator was great - considerate, professional, and loved our dogs. There were no marks anywhere on the fridge when he finished switching from right open to left open.

Arrived on time, was careful to not damage the product or my home, and job was done correctly.

Everything was done well, any problems were swiftly corrected, and we're happy to say that we love our refrigerator and working with BestBuy.

Guys that reversed the door did a very good job along with being need and not leaving a mess and tolerated me watching and asking questions.

No problem changing the direction of the door. Carefully changed the screws without scratching the door.

At first glance I noticedthat the bottom of the door has small dents where the hinge was. Customer support did offer to replace or refund a percentage which I choose. But the customer service rep had a strong accent and was very hard to understand (off shore?).

The young men that delivered and set up my refrigerator where top notch. The called the evening before and the morning of delivery. They were professional . Went overboard on making sure we're satisfied. thanks

The refrigerator comes with the handles mounted on the left. Needed to have them moved to the right. The delivery team provided this service and promptly had our new refrigerator equipped the way we wanted it.

This fridge is so gorgeous, and I like that it's not so deep, so that it looks more tidy in my small kitchen. The freezer drawers take some getting used to.

Right on time and efficient. Only complaint is they can do better job in cleaning up the grease hand prints on appliances
