So pleased they reversed my doors right on the spot. A little feature like this is huge for left handlers like myself.

This fridge is so gorgeous, and I like that it's not so deep, so that it looks more tidy in my small kitchen. The freezer drawers take some getting used to.

The refrigerator comes with the handles mounted on the left. Needed to have them moved to the right. The delivery team provided this service and promptly had our new refrigerator equipped the way we wanted it.

The individuals that delivered our refrigerator were very professional and answered all our questions. They reversed doors and we are very satisfied.

The freezer door was changed to open on the opposite side before we picked up the Insignia freezer just as we needed. The process was simple. It’s a great freezer too.

The process to move door hinge was seem less and the professional were very knowledgeable and completed the task within 30 mins.

Refrigerator handles NOT REVERSED when delivered because space too tight. Went to store to have reversal charge removed from our bill.

The guys were running behind when they came to my place due to traffic (they called ahead) and still did a nice job reversing the doors for me. Didn't seem rushed at all and answered all my questions.

Refrigerator was delivered with the door opening the wrong way even though it was emphasized in the order horse needed the door to open. Delivery people made the switch in about 10 minutes. Works well.
