The door didn’t switched before delivery to my place!The staff should be reviewed all of requests beforehand

Quick and easy to be done. I expected more time to take but it was done before I noticed.

Suppose to reverse refrigerator door at factory. Delivery drivers had to do instead in driveway and did very good job.

Terrible service. We bought a refrigerator in December. It was delivered, and immediately did not work. Very difficult to schedule service, and when repair people came out, they said it could not be fixed and it would have to be exchanged. We had to call two or three times to schedule exchange, and finally were told it was out of stock and could not be exchanged until February. The night before they were to exchange the refrigerator, we received conflicting e mails and phone calls about the delivery needing to be rescheduled. Now I am told the exchange will occur in late February. Best Buy customer service is horrible and incompetent. While their prices are good, if there is a problem with the product, their follow up service is unacceptable. I will not be shopping there again, and will gladly pay a little more for better overall service.
