Cools fine but very noisy. During defrost it when can is running.

The Best Buy delivery guys did an excellent job in switching out the hinges on the door so it would open the other direction. Prompt and professional service. No issues.

Nice guy but did initially know how to reverse the hinges.

Refrigerator was delivered as promised but the tech had a difficult time reversing the door. He stated he did not have the proper tool. New appointment was made however, waiting the time received a call they would be there by 630. Original time was 12 - 6. No problem. Come 715 still not here. Finally receive call from tech saying they will be here soon. At 8 called to be told they won’t be by as they tools had died. They sent a new few tech only to find out the original tech stripped the bolt and it could not be done but was told I would receive a new refrigerator. They were kind enough to assign a case worker. He was good to start off but soon found it difficult to provide a new refrigerator. At this point he stopped taking my calls and the refrigerator is not what I purchased. Extremely disappointed!

The doors were installed as requested. The delvery was quick and professional.

Once the doors were flipped it was fine, but the scheduling of it was really problematic. I ultimately needed three appointments to get it done, which took a lot of my time.

The young men did a great job of switching the door and moving the old frig out.

I had my refrigerator door reversed. Has a terrible click in it. It almost skips a gear. I had them come out again. The serviceman said to me it's the hinge. I'm only the helper. I cant do anything and left. Really. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WHO'S GOING TO FIX THIS AND MAKE IT RIGHT. HAVEN'T HEATD FROM ANYONE. By the way. The service wasn't free.

The service was the reverse the opening of my new refrigerator door and when the tech was done l told him the freezer door is not closing properly. He said it needs time to adjust. Which was not true. Now l have scheduled another appt.
