Horrible experience so far

No idea why BB does not include door reversal in the first install appointment. They make you pay $65 for a second visit to reverse the door. The first time it was scheduled, the technicians did not call ahead of time to give us time to get back home. The second time, when they reversed the door, they did not install one of the footpegs on the fridge so the darn thing is tipping each time you touch it. Sloppy work. Now I have scheduled them for a 3rd time.

Refrigerator was delivered, asked about hinge reversal and was told I had to make an appt. I had to do the hinge reversal myself. I was not happy that order had this on it and I still had to do this. I'm glad that I was able to do this and was knowledge able about doing this and was able to lift off door and do hinge reversal. For someone not able to do this and to have ordered this this was not a fun thing to find out when fridge was delivered. Also it shows on order that this was completed , but was not. I m happy with fridge, but after an hour of doing my on Hinge reversal this was not a happy experience. Hope my water line install is not the same experience when this is done next week.
