    Minus 10 points. Freezer has icicles inside. Geek squad tightened doors but still have problem. They said door changes don’t really work. That I need Best Buy to switch my refrigerator for one that comes with my doors already opening like I need. This is causing my refrigerator to run constantly!!!! Big electric bill! Not a happy customer.

    Horrible support experience. No idea why BB does not include door reversal in the first install appointment. They make you pay $65 for a second visit to reverse the door. The first time it was scheduled, the technicians did not call ahead of time to give us time to get back home. The second time, when they reversed the door, they did not install one of the footpegs on the fridge so the darn thing is tipping each time you touch it. Sloppy work. Now I have scheduled them for a 3rd time.
