I never have gotten the reverse on the doors of the refrigerator yet because I had to refuse shipment of a dented stove again .. the first one they brought into my home took a pic of it and then told me .. they didn't even level the stove or frig .. now I am waiting on number 3 range ... plus I still am waiting on the door reverse.. I also needed a hood range installed and it was never added to either order now I am going back to best buy for the 4th or 5th time tomorrow to try to get this all together .. I am getting tired of waiting .......

Door reversal gone wrong

The first attempt resulted in the door scraping the loser freezer door when opening or closing them. The 2nd attempt resulted in a broken shelf in the door. The 3rd attempt brought a new refrigerator and it seemed the door was finally attached properly during the door reversal process, but now we seem to have a hitch in the door when it closes. It also makes a noise when it gets to where the hitch is. The delivery team guys need to be trained more in how to reverse doors.
