It was what we expected.we needed the door to open this way.

The team that brought the refrigerator refused to level it and reverse the door hinges even though that was on the order. Said they were running behind and it was "taking too long'. Then they left and lo and behold, the hinge reversal hardware must have gone with them so when a different (nice and helpful) team came the next day, they couldn't do it either. Samsung can't or won't send just those parts so a new fridge had to be ordered - 30 day lead time! Then a team came with the new fridge and wanted to just drop it (no leveling or hinge swap). Many calls to the delivery service Co and in person visits to Best Buy later, the refrigerator was installed, leveled and hinges swapped.

The Fridge delivery and installation team is always horrible. This specific time delivery showed up with 1 person to install a full-sized fridge in a second floor, walk up apartment. Thankful I had a Maintenace guy over that was able to help the delivery guy (Will) bring it upstairs. Furthermore, I had the Fridge door reversal added to service and he completely disregarded me when I asked him to swap the door to the other side. He said it was not on his work order.
