    The Best Buy service guy damaged the door when he came to adjust the door hinge for our fridge. Damage is small but very noticeable. Called Customer Service on July 1st, to complain about it and they issued me a $125.00 refund in lieu of sending me a replacement part. They said it would 3-6 business days to receive the refund. I called again on July 22nd, to inquire about it the refund and they confirmed it was issued and would now take a full billing cycle to receive it. Well, today is August 19th and I still have not received my refund. Very frustrating!
