$69 to flip a freezer door -- too much.

It was $69 on a 699 refrigerator. That seem steep to me.

Terrible service from Best Buy!

I finally got tired of waiting on Best Buy service and reverse the doors myself. I received one excuse after another for the failed appointments but again, I was let down by Best Buy. In all probability this will be my last purchase from Best Buy.

ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE.!!!!!!!

Then up and left my home without putting on the door handles. Just went out to their truck and left. No good bye. So long. See you later. Such poor customer service. Its been a nightmare this last month. Im waiting on my 3rd. delivery tomorrow. Its a nightmare trying to get a manager to respond to my Emails also. I got a Geek Squad person that called me last Tuesday and havent heard from her since. Been 10 days. Such a poor, disappointing experience.

Door reversal was not needed

When I placed the order for the refrigerator the sales rep said to add it in just in case the door opened the wrong way and I would be refunded. But the delivery guys just marked it as completed. The did remove the door to get it in place but it was not reversed and they did a lousy job.
