Installer tried to talk me out of reversing door

I explained to him. I am replacing a 13yr old version of same fridge. The doors need to be removed to fit through door and I just removed the old one before they came. Due to they where an hr past the 2hr window they said they would be here. Then when they tried to reverse door. I had to stop them and show them the hinge bracket, they had on backwards. This was after My wife came to get me as they attempted to reinstall door a second time.

Lack of confidence

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When the technicians came to reverse the door, they made the statement " that once the door was reversed thee would be no guarantee that the refrigerator would seal properly ". This created great concern for me, and diminished my confidence in the product. In the process of the reversal my brand new refrigerator was dinged. The worst part is that a bracket to cover exposed wires wasn't available, leaving feeling even less comfortable with my new appliance.
