It took 3 Appointments before the door was finally reversed.the last time here it was done and done correctly.

The LG refrigerator I ordered and had delivered no longer comes with the hinge to do the refrigerator door reversal. Best Buy does not appear to be aware of this. After calling LG directly, I was told I had to order and pay for the part from Encompass, which is where all LG parts are ordered. The part has still not arrived one and half months after ordering, and Encompass has no idea when the part will arrive, so the door reversal is in limbo at this time.

Good thing we could switch the opening-delivery guys great!

Initial crew messed up the door installation so neither door closed completely. Second crew sent out 2 days later couldn't fix it. Now waiting for a replacement refrigerator. The third crew needs to do it right and I think Best Buy owes me a huge discount for the inconvenience. The first crew also cracked some of the molding where they removed hardware. Bad job!

Found parts and a screw outside and a part on the floor with another screw. I think I’m missing parts in the door hinge. The delivery people didn’t know they were supposed to switch the door. I had to show paperwork to them. They left a mess outside of plastic and styrofoam that I had to clean up. They also dumped their trash in a recycling barrel where it didn’t belong.

My refrigerator freezer is making very weird sounds

Door was not reversed, had to call back twice to get a refund on work not performed.

This job is still outstanding after 4 weeks. When I placed the order, the team don't even know what parts should be used.

Zero is the rating. Waited two afternoons, but each team said they could not reverse the door. I called after the first visit. The person guaranteed that Geek squad would come and do it. NO geek squad, but another outside team would not touch it. My handyman did the job and I paid him. Same problems with the new dishwasher. I’m done with Best Buy.

The morning of the delivery of our Samsung refrigerator someone called and told us that the staff delivering the refrigerator would not be able to do the door reversal for the Samsung refrigerator that they were delivering that day. I don't understand why it says that the door reversal was completed. Is the door on this refrigerator not reversable?

Frustrating scheduling experience. Refrigerator was finally delivered, and service techs did not have time to reverse the door. Had to try to schedule another appointment which was maddening. Could not get through to anyone, even though I tried multiple times. The service tech that came to switch the hinges did a great job. Very professional and personable. But the set up process was maddening.

The refrigerator is very basic, I wish there was a light in the freezer. The shelves are very inconvenient. I has asked for a door reversal, which did not work well. I ordered a Insignia but got something else (Amana) The technicians are not competent at all. Installation process was just horrible. I wish I went with another store.

This service was not completed. The refrigerator was installed in our daughter's Tuscaloosa condo and the installer failed to return to the condo to reverse the door. Then, when finally rescheduled, the technicians showed up at the wrong location, coming to our home in Madison. There was no additional follow-up.
