Bad Best Buy Experience

They sent 2 men to reverse the door and when we told them the door needed straightening they said we don’t do that you probably need a new refrigerator. This was ridiculous.

They sub contact out delivery and pick up service which is horrible. Delivery service are absolutely terrible and walk off job without job being done.

Ripped off

I was told a “special part” was needed. Yet my $50 hasn’t been returned and I can’t get through to reschedule because the phone number disconnects me every time I call. I shouldn’t have to drive 40 miles to the outlet just to resolve this.

Great service if not for the COVID-19 pandemic

The delivery guys were not going into people's homes at that time so they left our refrigerator by our front door and left. They could have easily reversed the door for us safely outside our home before leaving saving us the trouble, but they didn't. We had to figure out how to do it ourselves.

Poor job

The two delivery guys were clearly not appliance mechanics. When done the freezer door was misaligned and the plastic plugs used to cover the unused hinge holes in the refrigerator body were later found broken on the kitchen floor. A thoroughly lousy job. Wished I had reversed the doors myself.

You suck

Finally the 3rd time it was delivered and the guys said they did not bring the hinge reversal equipment. I have done so many reviews and have not gotten any kind of response. May I repeat what I have said before. You suck!

Poor Service

They worked at it, but kept calling their office for directions. Still not reversed and no one from Best Buy called to rectify the situation.

They were supposed to try and get the glue off the side of refrigerator but showed up with nothing but a drill. Looked at it and said “won’t come off” and left.

It took phone calls, you tube, and, more phone calls to do a simple task. What should have taken them 45min. for the complete delivery install, took over 2 hours.

It means the door opens the wrong way and knocks into the wall. I was very specific about the orientation when ordering item and was assured it would be done. As a loyal customer I'm disappointed that this wasn't done as it was specified on purchase order.
