Hinge reversal may not work.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Reversal may take 2 hours DIY; geek squad can do it much faster. HOWEVER not all fridges are actually reversible! My Whirlpool ended up with a 1/4" gasket gap on the hinge side due to improper prep for shipping causing compressed gasket. BE SURE TO CHECK DOOR SEALS AFTER REVERSAL! Put a bright flashlight inside and look for light leakage. Or see if a piece of paper will stay in place with the door closed on it.

VERY poor business practice!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pleasant young men, but less than perfect job of switching the the door direction (which SHOULD have been done at first installation) but refused to level the appliance so that the doors didn't swing open, and insisted that it didn't have adjustment, which it does, and i figured out myself!

When I needed to Have the hinges changed from one side to the other, he stepped right up and took care of it, explaining what he was doing as he went along, leveling the refrig, and cleaning up afterward.
