The controller works well as the Geek squad did an excellent job of setting it up.

The Geek Squad programmed my Harmony remote and they did the work very efficiently and quickly and cleaned up all of the packaging, etc. before they left. I will call them again, if needed!

I would have BB do the install. It requires a lot if you do not have tech knowledge. My tech installed and walked me through and saved me HOURS. Worth the extra money

The agent programed two remotes. She made it look very easy and then explained it all to me.

The Geek Squads Krissy Noland is the best. We have used her on our TVs and programming the Universal remote. Well worth the reasonable cost to have equipment setup correctly.
