Second time I've used the Geek Squad. We have a fairly complex A/V set up controlled with a Harmony One. Much too complicated a set up for the average consumer. Expensive but worth every penny.

We have a stereo system, dvd player, cable box, sonos, and samsung TV so playing movies or watching TV is pretty complicated. We got the harmony for one touch use, then spent another large sum to get Geek squad out to program it. The geek squad guy was not able to make the harmony single control fully functional on my Iphone. Yes it is a bit easier than it was. No it does not make it really simple and the feature of Iphone compatibility, which I so badly wanted, does not work.
