I had a very nice and accommodating Geek Squad Agent. He set up everything to my requirements and reviewed all the functions with me. I have not had any problems since set up.

Still hard to navigate sometimes. Apple TV box is not compatible with all of the button functions on the Harmony.

The Geek Squad did a very professional job of programming my universal remote. Then they did a very thorough job of explaining to me exactly how to use it.

A few days after the technician checked out my system and made some slight adjustments, my VCR wouldn’t play on the system. This happened once before when Geek came at another time, but that was the record player that would not work through it. I paid a good deal of money for this system and it’s frustrating that it doesn’t work like it should.
