Thank heaven for GeekSquad! A technician came out within one week and set up my Harmony Remote. Now I have one remote for my TV, DVD, Sound System, & DVR.

Very disappointed with Best Buy for selling a product that can’t be installed! Geek sq USF did all they could possibly do to natal with no success. When I revisited store manager was helpful to find a product that we hope will work! But we will have to wait again over 2 weeks to see if this will work...we’re going into 2 months now

My installer was very professional and answered all my questions. He made it easy to work with the equipment and was patient when educating me on it.
