I've had the Greek Squad program my remote control before and programmed all my components into one universal remote. They have done a great job every time.

Programmed perfectly and with my input. Last time it was programmed the sound system didn’t turn on with the everything.

I love this remote control. It allows me to hide my equipment in a cabinet and yet be able to use the remote to turn it on and turn it off.

Terrible service. This is the second attempt for service. The first time you canceled the day of the appointment. This second one, you canceled inside of 24 hours. I rearrangement my schedule for these appointments and you wasted my days without any explanation. I received voice messages from your support center after the fact from a person with such a heavy accent I could not understand what was being said. I will never use Geek squad again, you cannot be relied upon. A one star rating is too high.

The Geek squad tech solved the problem, but took longer than I anticipated. He did discover a hardware problem for which I am grateful.
