The installer was very informative regarding the use of this new technology to the point where my wife is way more efficient in its use than me.

Over several repeated visits at house and in store, these technical service people listen carefully and have solved problems.

The Geek squad tech solved the problem, but took longer than I anticipated. He did discover a hardware problem for which I am grateful.
