The agents did an awesome job of installing two harmony remotes and setting them up.

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of this person in the Geek Squad, who goes above and beyond his job, pleasant and answers all your questions.

Again having Best Buy reprogram my Logitech remote is worth it to be able to use only 1 remote to control everything.

This remote works perfectly fine. Having said that and after using it for a few weeks, I find that the buttons are small and you can't just hold it in your hand and navigate the buttons (they're small and close together) like our prior remote. Also, the letters are already wearing off the buttons which makes matters worse. It's an ok remote but I think a remote with larger buttons that are arranged better is much easier to use in the long run.

By far Scott is the best at home theater installations. His product knowledge is superb. He makes cost saving suggestions and is always professional

I had purchased remote when purchase new TV, but needed to be reprogram when changed carrier. It was expensive based upon to do it .

Would not have wanted to spend the time and effort to try for a self install. The Geek Squad is definitely the way to go.

We had the remote programmed for the new soundbar & subwoofer. It worked & then it didn't work. We were frustrated. It took us hours to figure things out. We called the original installers, who never did return our calls. After about a week, we called Eric, the manager, who sent another programmer out. Taylor did what others did not do. Our remote now functions & we are able to do what should have been done initially.

Excellent Product, the Technician was very knowledgeable in setting up the Remote, and explaining the procedure.

I purchased a remote programming package for $99.99. The morning of the appointment the tech called to ask what the issue was. I told him and he said to me: "I'm going to save you $100 because the issue you have isn't related to the remote." He was correct. The tech indicated he would cancel the appointment (which he did) and would put a note in the file to issue a refund. The refund did not and has not arrived. After trying for 2 hours to speak to someone who could help deal with this, I gave up. I would call Geek Squad and be told that they would transfer me to "someone who could help me" which ended up being the customer service line at Best Buy proper. They then told me this had to be dealt with by Geek Squad and transferred me back to them where I was told it had to be dealt with by Best Buy. I tried calling three times hoping to get to someone who could help me, but the same thing happened each time. I eventually went to PayPal (which I had used to pay for the remote programming) and they indicate that they are working with you to solve the problem. Guys/Gals.....could you please just issue the refund? I know it's just a small issue. But, please, all I want is the refund for the service I did not receive.
