      I guess it's okay. Without experimenting with other systems in the environment it is being used, it's hard to know what the quality of the system is.

      Used Geek Squad agent to program harmony remote on one TV. There were errors getting the setup completed and it’s still not 100% accurate but it is functional. Given the amount of time the agent was spending overall, he got somewhat frustrated in making sure it worked 100% perfectly. As several hours had passed, I just accepted what was done and moved on.
