      while your geek squad rep. in the past has done superb installation and instruction on my equipment(flat screen 4k), on this occasion he left quite a bit to be desired. basically i don't even use the unit. i have called him, but he never returns my call. i just need for him to come out here and provide better instruction on this remote control.
