      The tech came to program the universal remote and immediately said it was too hard. She referred it to a specialist and has since cancelled all appointments. I have no idea what to do. Extremely frustrating, particularly since the store person told me it would be easy for Geek Squad to program this remote to meet my needs.

      Wish we had purchased this item years ago. Geek Squad came out and programmed it and it has worked beautifully.
