A little hard to operate but so far so good. Liked the one we had before better

The geek squad did a wonderful job setting up my components.

I have felt OK with this until the screen came up a couple of months after I bought it with a screen that showed an information screen and then would not stop bringing it up. You could not turn off the TV or change the the channels. I have two of these remotes and 1 out of the two works fine the other one that gets used more had this happen.

My Geek was cheerful and knowledgeable. Made it all real easy.

I didn’t use it and had to return it because I should have ordered one called “Harmony”. I’ll just live with two remotes now, so … Geek Squad was very helpful in training me how to go back & forth with my fire stick.

Geek Squad did a great job for the installations we requested for the Harmony 700 useage.
