    Spenser S. was absolutely WONDERFUL! he was on time, he called the day before and gave me his information in case something changed, he called to let me know he was on his way. I recommend spending the small amount of money to have the Geek Squad program your new remote control or whatever you bought so you don't have the frustration. Spenser was and expert, was great at explaining usage, etc. Before I purchase Geek Squad for this, I always felt, I can do this myself. I could have, but it would have taken 2-3 times as long, would have required a large learning curve on my part. This was much better and ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE VERY MINOR COST.
