Inadequate I pay for this service !

Having trouble with the TV coming on In the middle

The TV comes on by itself in the middle of the night. Still waiting for a phone call To get an appointment. Very frustrating!

Horrible - Job Never completed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My prepaid job to program a remote was outsourced to a third party. They had never programmed a Universal Remote. When I called Best Buy they insisted I contact the third party. Wasted a lot of time. So much for being a Silver Elite customer.

Wrong appointment set

The Geek squad tech wasn't able to do this and said someone would call me to reschedule. No one called

Crappy all in 1 remote

As an owner myself I know Harmony remotes can certainly be complicated to setup. That said its disappointing to hear that our installers haven’t been able to get it fully up and running for you, but we do want to thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Overhyped service that consistently underdelivers.

Confusing

Buttons too small
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never understood why TV remotes don't group the frequently used buttons in the same area, and make the "Select" button so small. This remote is particularly bad about the tiny "select" button...I have to be careful to use the tip of my finger or fingernail to select it.

I guess I just paid these guys so that they had someone to talk to.

Harmony remote control

communication difficulty

I did that a week ago. most of the system works but part of it doesn't. I guess I will have to live with it

NOT Happy

The first time I tried to schedule, I stayed on the phone for 25 minutes and was still not able to schedule. The second time I tried to schedule, the first available date is 14 days away! Seriously? The explanation: they only have ONE Geek Squad agent who is trained to program the remote control. This is NOT acceptable. But what else can you do? If I could program the remote, I would have not spent $100 for the service. I am not complaining about the cost, but the lack of trained service personnel. This is not the experience I expected from Best Buy.

This Remote NEVER works 1st time

The appleTV remote that comes with the equip. works through a closed cabinet but not a Harmony Universal that you spend $350.00 for

If the issue you are describing didn't occur when our Agent was on site to complete your programming, please give us a call at 1-800-433-5778. Adding an IR Extender or Blaster may also address the issue that you are experiencing.
If the remote ultimately does not fit your needs, please know that you may be able to return it at your local Best Buy store. The worst

Paid $100 for their help and the remote was $79. Very frustrated. I hope to take back and just use my cable remote! Thought it would work better. Definitely does not.
