This service was never completed by Geek Squad to get the remote programmed properly for new TV

Service was performed and it took a while ans still Having same issue only worse ! It was such a pain over Christmas w our broken harmony remote ! Boo! I need to be refunded and an agent sent again

The "Geek" who came to my house was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful.

I’ve been trying for over a week now to have somebody come back to looking at the Harmony remote and receiver system. The TV comes on by itself in the middle of the night. Still waiting for a phone call To get an appointment. Very frustrating!

it work great but i was having some trouble with it reading my M2 card

My prepaid job to program a remote was outsourced to a third party. They had never programmed a Universal Remote. When I called Best Buy they insisted I contact the third party. Wasted a lot of time. So much for being a Silver Elite customer.

The appointment was booked incorrectly as a Harmony remote program. I have a Universal MX-900 remote. The Geek squad tech wasn't able to do this and said someone would call me to reschedule. No one called

This remote has never worked properly, malfunctioned too many time to count! Would rather have 4 remotes to watch my shows than something that never works for any length of time to justify cost!

Third visit being scheduled. Not completed on the first two attempts.

Unable to play these discs as Best Buy Geek Squad repeatedly fails to provide my in-home service as scheduled and promised. Is there a minus 10 rating possibility on as 5 star scale?

The older model was much easier to use and I had a lot less problems with it

Not happy with installer ,was told he would be able to also neaten wires but we were told time did not allow also my wife was confused by his instructions and could have left some written marerial.but again as a customer we are extremely disappointed in geek squad

I never understood why TV remotes don't group the frequently used buttons in the same area, and make the "Select" button so small. This remote is particularly bad about the tiny "select" button...I have to be careful to use the tip of my finger or fingernail to select it.

Called in for a problem I was having and after talking to the Geek he told me that because I didn’t buy the warranty I had to call Sony for support. I guess I just paid these guys so that they had someone to talk to.

The agent programmed a harmony remote. It works like crap. You can’t do most things you want. And you must remember to press certain buttons once or twice. I don’t recommend this item.

system installed does not work as stated. have had extreme difficulty getting someone to return my phone calls. the one call back out of 6 said they are busy and to send a text. I did that a week ago. most of the system works but part of it doesn't. I guess I will have to live with it

I purchased the Geek Squad remote control programming. The first time I tried to schedule, I stayed on the phone for 25 minutes and was still not able to schedule. The second time I tried to schedule, the first available date is 14 days away! Seriously? The explanation: they only have ONE Geek Squad agent who is trained to program the remote control. This is NOT acceptable. But what else can you do? If I could program the remote, I would have not spent $100 for the service. I am not complaining about the cost, but the lack of trained service personnel. This is not the experience I expected from Best Buy.

The Harmony 350 wont access your components through a closed door...even if the pin head that sells it to you tells you it will. The appleTV remote that comes with the equip. works through a closed cabinet but not a Harmony Universal that you spend $350.00 for

Horrible It doesn't work 75% of the time. Geek squad has been out 3 times. Now it's working worse. Paid $100 for their help and the remote was $79. Very frustrated. I hope to take back and just use my cable remote! Thought it would work better. Definitely does not.

Waited FOUR HOURS for an appt with Geek Squad NO SHOW NO CALL!
