Daniel came out to reprogram our harmony remote. He is awesome! We have had several Geek Squad assist us and have been good, but Daniel is exceptional. He works out of the Nampa store. I don’t think there is any situation that he couldn’t figure out. We have everything running through Harmony. He identified one issue on our receiver and resolved that too. Our harmony remote has never performed as well as it does now. We control our CD player, dvd player, vhs player and of course TV and movies, i.e., Netflix, prime, etc, etc….everything you can imagine. We are very happy!

Geek squad techs did a great job programming New all in one remote control ! The techs were very knowledgeable , fast , courteous and professional . They took time to make sure I could operate the remote and answer any questions I had . I will use geek squad again and thourhlly reccomen them to all my friends .

The agents installed my AppleTV and even downloaded the apps I wanted. The two agents were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with explaining how everything works. I highly recommend the Geek Squad service to anyone in need of electronic assistance!

The geek squad technician arrived as scheduled after calling about 20 minutes ahead of arrival. He was very professional in attitude and appearance and proved to also know his job. He completely reprogrammed the 5 year old harmony system, remote, and iphones and ipads and was finished in less than an hour. No problems since.

My husband and I are both so glad we decided to get the universal remote and to have the Geek Squad guys program it for us! Both of us are in our late 60's and even though I am pretty tech savvy, my husband on the other hand, is not. He likes to run the remote, and having one remote set up to control everything is a godsend. The Geek Squad boys asked us a few questions, programed the remote to control our entire entertainment system, tuned up the speakers, and then took all the time we needed with them to explain how it works and to walk both of us through the way to use this remote for our set-up. They were so patient, and made it so easy. This service saved both of us a lot of frustration and if we should have any problems, they will walk us through fixing our issues right over the phone or make a service call. With todays electronics we want them to all just work seamlessly......this is the easiest set-up ever to control everything....with one remote and I highly recommend this to anyone upgrading their systems.

Sean Kruse communicated ahead of time and arrived when he said. We had a harmony remote that lost it features during the pandemic When Best Buy could not come in the house. We found another company home theater came out. They disconnected the Harmony remote and we could not control anything properly. Very frustrating and they blamed it on Comcast not talking to the tv. When Sean was able to come into the house he was able to figure out the problem. He ran out of time for us and had another appointment in Boulder that did not have all day to wait all day. We were home all day and not in a hurry so he asked if he could return later that day. He called later to say he would be back around 2pm. He arrived right at 2 and had us up and running in twenty minutes. Sean did a great job and we have had no problem since. Great job Sean.

The agent reprogrammed my tv to receive my streaming channels which had been lost during a storm.

Andy and his partner went well beyond what was required to program the remote so that it would do everything we wanted and more. They were very thorough and professional.

The agents installed my universal remote. They were onetime, professional, and trained me on how to use the remote once completed.

The 3rd time was the charm. C. Jonesey was abosultly the best. After 2 visits from your techs that could not program the remote, C. Jonesey knew exacly what to do. He programed the remote and it works excellent.

This remote is easy to use. My only objection is that it requires regular recharging. The battery does not last very long. It is too complicated for my wife who is technically illiterate. That is why I got it originally. I really need a voice activated one for her.

Easy to understand and works well. I do miss my older version that had a cradle and batteries automatically recharged but overall this model gets the job done

The Harmony works great with my samsung smart TV, DVD, and music with one easy remote. The Best Buy installer did a great job with the installation. I had a hard time trying to watch movies but I now have no problems. I have since bought a second harmony remote for another room in my home.

The Geek Team was very professional and they knew their business. They were very courtesy and quick to resolve the installation issues that the third party was not able to execute. Great JOB!

Gary, from the Geek Squad, connected & programmed all of our devices to the new Logitech Harmony remote. He then checked each device to make sure the remote was working smoothly with each. Finally, he gave me a tutorial on how to use the new remote, & was extremely patient in his instruction, going the final step of having me use the remote for various devices while he monitored. Gary was efficient, personable, kind & considerate in his work & interactions. He even provided his cell number if we had any question or problems using the remote in the future. (We didn't need to use this because everything worked smoothly!)

After years of struggling with 4-5 different remotes, we now have a single universal remote that makes it very easy! Just two simple buttons to use and it works every time. This is the best purchase we have made in a long time. Geek Squad was great to get it programmed for us.

My wife and I love music, radio, TV and BlueRay movies. We purchased the Harmony from Best Buy in Culver City and had the Geek Squad install and integrate our various gadgets so that one remote can be readily used to manage everything. And it works very well!!
